Safely and effectively intervene and support individuals and groups to make lifestyle change. . Motivational Techniques for lifestyle change . Tap into resources and support in the community
Included are: . 6 hour interactive training course (may be split up on request and can be delivered onsite for groups) . Course book and resources . Certificate of attendance . Post-training support . Assistance with developing new programmes
